Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PayLens ("Service"), operated by PayLens ("we", "us", or "our") at paylens.online.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

PayLens is a payment analytics dashboard that allows users to connect their Stripe account and view revenue metrics, transaction history, subscription data, and financial forecasts. The Service also supports team collaboration, Telegram notifications, and cryptocurrency wallet balance tracking.

2. Account Registration

To use PayLens, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Subscription page in your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing period
• Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at paylens.admin@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Use the Service to process data for third parties without their consent
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

6. Connected Third-Party Accounts

PayLens connects to your Stripe account via API keys that you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use these credentials and that connecting your Stripe account to PayLens complies with Stripe's terms of service.

PayLens accesses your Stripe data in read-only mode for analytics purposes, except for refund operations which require write access. We store your API keys in encrypted form and do not share them with any third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PayLens and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our explicit written permission.

Your data (transaction history, business metrics) remains your property at all times. We claim no ownership over data retrieved from your connected accounts.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAYLENS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayLens and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at paylens.admin@gmail.com. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the dashboard at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
